About Savia
Savia is an independent practice providing interim and fractional CFO leadership for CEOs and boards who need finance to support decisions—quickly, clearly, and with real ownership. This is not advisory-from-the-outside. It is embedded leadership accountable for cadence, visibility, and governance-ready communication.

I operate across France and international contexts, in FR / EN / ES, typically in moments where complexity increases: growth, tighter governance, shareholder scrutiny, leadership transition, or liquidity discipline. The goal is consistent: give leadership a financial function that helps them decide earlier, with fewer surprises, and with numbers they can stand behind.
In France, this corresponds to DAF/CFO de transition mandates—interim leadership or temps partagé—when the organisation needs senior financial direction without delay.

How I operate
I move fast to establish decision discipline. I start with cash visibility (often a pragmatic 13-week cash forecast and a weekly liquidity routine), then install a performance cadence (a small set of KPIs that are defined, owned, and used), and finally shape board-level reporting that links numbers to drivers, risks, and the decisions required. I don’t build “frameworks” for their own sake. If it doesn’t change decisions, it’s not a priority.

Engagements are structured around context and governance needs—full-time or part-time. The format may vary; the level of ownership does not.

Most recently, I owned finance for a capital-intensive agribusiness operating across Singapore / Paris / Peru (~$10m revenue, ~400 employees) in a liquidity-constrained environment. I installed a predictable cash cadence, built a 13-week forecasting engine, supported equity injections through scenario work and investor narrative, and produced board/investor reporting that strengthened governance—while sustaining >40% YoY growth under constrained resources.
-
Earlier, I led finance and controlling in a large corporate setting (AXA, France), managing a multi-hundred-million cost base under strict governance and delivering 7% sustainable savings. I also worked in commercial FP&A (Capgemini), partnering with sales leadership on pricing, margins, and pipeline quality, contributing to +15% topline growth supported by Salesforce / Power BI dashboards.
What working with Savia looks like
Working with Savia is structured and pragmatic. We agree early on what matters, establish a cadence that holds, and keep the focus on decisions and execution. You’ll see financial information become more usable at leadership level—clearer priorities, explicit trade-offs, and fewer last-minute surprises. The tone is direct but collaborative, with a bias for simplicity and accountability.
